Exchange Policy
At Wearified, we want you to have confidence and satisfaction with every purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, simply return or exchange it.
Exchange Window

You have seven days from the date of delivery to initiate a exchange request.

Any requests for exchange will not be entertained after 7 days.
How to Send a Request

We have an official portal for exchanges.

Exchange Fee

A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged for every exchange.
This would be for reverse pick up and handling costs.
Eligibility Norms
To make you eligible for exchange:

The items must be untouched and unworn, with their packaging intact, and the tags should be there.
Note: Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.
Exceptions: Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items
We do not allow any kind of return or exchange in the following cases:

Sale items or promotional discounts received on purchases from them.

Products categorized as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page.
Exchange Process

We will ship the exchanged item after successful inspection of the returned item.
